VHAC-VCSQI STEMI Database

In 2021, VHAC and VCSQI launched a new statewide STEMI registry. The goal of this database is for all Virginia PCI centers to share STEMI data and benchmark their program performance against regional and state-level cohorts. Metrics including FMC to Primary PCI time, door-in-door-out time, and transfer time will be collated to drive quality improvement efforts. 17 facilities currently participate in the VHAC-VCSQI STEMI Database, and more are anticipated to join soon. All STEMI data sources (both ACC and AHA) will be included in the effort. We welcome any PCI center who is interested in joining! If you would like to participate, please contact info@vcsqi.org.
