Collaborating to Strengthen Virginia’s Cardiac System of Care

The Virginia Heart Attack Coalition (VHAC) unites hospitals, EMS agencies, clinicians, and health system leaders across the Commonwealth in advancing high-quality, data-driven cardiovascular care.

Participation reflects alignment with the Commonwealth Standard for Cardiac Catheterization Services (12VAC5-230-420), which requires all cardiac programs to maintain continuous quality improvement and compliance with national practice standards.

Below are the organizations and partners actively participating in VHAC initiatives according to their level of engagement.

Each contributes to improving coordination, data transparency, and patient outcomes across Virginia.
